Claims Administrative Services, Inc. (CASI) streamlines the complex workers’ compensation process for the associates – the employer, the injured worker, brokers, agents and CASI’s claims advisors – to arrive at the most favorable outcome. CASI is a boutique third-party administrator grounded in dignity and respect in the advocacy required to effectively align and balance the interests of the associates.

CASI believes in and practices within a transparent system, engaging in ongoing productive conversations with each associate to understand their goals and needs. A strategically chosen and custom-developed claims software equips the associates with the necessary tools to navigate challenging claims processes. Transparency calls for a change in the typical corporate claims-handling process. CASI creates avenues for proactive solutions by recognizing and addressing the specific roles and individual characteristics of each associate.

Transparent technology also assures associates have continuous access to claims software and claims documents while ensuring full compliance with HIPPA, Federal and State privacy laws. Injured workers can determine when payments are issued and scheduled. Employers and brokers/agents have access to claim status reports. CASI updates claim status reports every 90 days or when a significant event alters the course of a claim. CASI’s counsel will have access to the documents they would be ordinarily served, to expedite their updates and the journey of return to work. CASI’s claims personnel communicate with all associates in real time.
